On September 17, Amy Mayer is leading an AI Leadership and Governance Lab at CyFair ISD, built specifically for superintendents, curriculum directors, instructional technology leaders, technology leaders, principals, and instructional coaches who are being asked to write AI policy, teacher/student guidelines, and scale classroom impact before the playbook exists.

This working session is designed for decision-makers who need more than a simple tool demo. It is a high-level, collaborative space to share localized insights with surrounding districts.

Because this is an intensive, hands-on collaborative framework, we are doing things a bit differently to ensure high-impact dialogue and balanced regional representation:
  • Strict Capacity Cap: To maximize collaboration, attendance is strictly limited to a maximum of 3 educators per district.

  • Application Process: Instead of a standard "Save your Seat" ticket, leaders are invited to submit an application to join the cohort. We are reviewing submissions to secure a final, focused group of 50 attendees (from 80 projected applicants).

  • Confirmation: Once you apply, our team will review district representation and notify you officially if your application is accepted.
